Save time before your flight with our Smart Check-in Kiosks. The facility enables passengers to check in, select seats and collect their boarding passes and bag tags with ease. How to use the Smart Check-in Kiosks:
Step 1: Scan your passport or enter your e-ticket number or your booking reference to retrieve your flight information.
Step 2: Complete the check-in process and print your boarding pass and bag tag
Step 3: Proceed to assigned Bag Drop Counter or Self Bag Drop Counter* to check-in your baggage
Please contact airline staff if your passport or air ticket could not be recognized.
* Passengers travelling to selected destinations with participating airlines can proceed to the Self Bag Drop counters in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to check in your baggage.
