Guaranteed Prices Programme Application Form - Bottled Water

HKIA requires all airport retail outlets and restaurants that sell bottled water without waiter service to offer at least one water product at reasonable price, either distilled water of 400 ml or above at HK$10 maximum, or mineral water of 400 ml or above at HK$18 maximum. The Guaranteed Prices Programme applies to cases where you have failed to find either of the above water options in the mentioned retail outlets or restaurants and bought at a higher price. Please complete the form below and submit the purchase receipt within 30 days of the purchase date at HKIA. We pledge to confirm whether any application is valid within 3 working days, and offer HKIA Shopping and Dining e-Voucher for any valid cases.
